Salt Painting

Here’s a fun craft for the kiddos to do. We did a 4th of July theme picture for the fridge and my son also did his own creation to decorate the playroom with. All you need is glue, salt and water color paints.

First we started with a dark sheet of paper and drew on the design with the glue.

Next sprinkle on the salt. You’ll want to shake off the extra right away otherwise it’ll glob up on you.

Let the glue dry then go back using water colors to make your design come to life and sparkle!
