Funfetti Breakfast Muffins

IMG_3637 (800x600)

I was a little unsure how these muffins would come out, but I have to say they where really fluffy and not too bad. I also like there was no added sugar. They didn’t really reheat that good, so plan on baking them and eating them the day of. The good news is they make exactly 12 so you won’t be left with a ton!
