Fall-Off-The-Bone Pressure Cooker Chicken (in 30 Minutes!)

IMG_8422 (800x600)

I got a new shiny toy, as my husband likes to call it, recently. Our schedule seems to get crazier and crazier the more time that goes by and this little gadget should help us out on weeknights so I don’t have to spend a whole day cooking for the whole week. I honestly didn’t think you could make a whole chicken in 30 mins, but turns out you can! I have made this 3 times now and it’s fantastic for prepping chicken for all sorts of meals not to mention it’s so tender and juicy!
