Gingerbread Creamer for Coffee or Tea

IMG_7689

This is another super cute and easy gift to make for your favorite coffee or tea lover on your list! I made 2 batches which made enough for 13 snack size bags (15 servings per bag).

Recipe makes 96 servings

2 cups powdered non-dairy creamer
1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend or 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon clove

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; blend well.

Place in a jar, bag or other container with directions stating "Add 1 well rounded teaspoon to hot coffee or tea."

Here’s how I packaged them:

I stuff the snack bag of mix in a toilet paper roll and wrapped the roll with wrapping paper. If you don’t have any extra rolls you can just wrap the bag by itself.

Next you want to gather the edges and tie with ribbon. I then used a ribbon shredder to make it look a little more filling and then curled the ribbon using scissors.

  1. I luv how you gift wrapped it! Very, very cute.

The recipe sounds so good and I bet it's a lot cheaper and better than that store bought stuff.
