Anytime I have a party I like to serve easy appetizers. This dip is a favorite of ours and it uses 2 ingredients so how much easier can that get? You can change this up simply by adding some extra fresh herbs and it’s delicious.
Goat Cheese and Marinara Dip
4 ounce goat cheese log
12 ounce of your favorite marinara (or make your own)
1 T chopped fresh basil, if desired
Preheat oven to 350. Pour marinara into a small baking dish, reserving a couple spoonfulls. Slice goat cheese or leave in a log form and arrange on top of sauce. Top cheese with remaining sauce. Heat for about 15-20 minutes or until goat cheese is slightly melted. Top with basil and serve with sliced Italian or French bread.
That is very easy!
