Chocolate-Covered Marshmallows

This is a great Fall treat for kids and adults. It’s kind of a play on smores just done in advance and less of a mess. I used pecans, but you could make it with crushed graham crackers or candy or anything else you can think of to stick on therm.

Chocolate-Covered Marshmallows

1 (10 ounce) package of large marshmallows
40 toothpicks
1 tub chocolate fudge frosting
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Secure each marshmallow on toothpick. In medium saucepan, warm frosting over low heat until softened but not runny. Dip marshmallow in frosting to coat, wiping off excess on inside of pan. Let dry slightly; dip each marshmallow in pecans. Set pecan side down on waxed paper to set. Remove toothpicks or serve with toothpicks. Yields 40
