One of the great things about the holiday’s are all the new limited time holiday flavors several companies come out with. I’m one of those people who love flavored coffee, of course being pregnant I’m limited now to decaffeinated, but it’s all the same once you add all the yummy flavors to it. I’m a huge fan of Torani Syrups! They have tons of flavors to pick from and I just love that they keep coming up with new ones all the time.

I decided to use the Hazelnut Syrup in a super easy dessert recipe that you can make in advance for when all those holiday guest pop in!
Nutty Refrigerator Cake
(Created by Finding Inspiration In Food)
2 (11 ounce) pound cakes
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to a soft peak
2 cups vanilla pudding
¼ - ½ cup Torani Sugar Free Hazelnut syrup
1/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut, toasted
In a medium bowl, gently fold together the whipped cream, pudding and Torani syrup.
Slice each cake vertically in half, then slice each half horizontally into three ½-inch layers.
Line an 8-by-8-inch square pan with 4 slices of cake to make 1 layer.
Top with about 1 cup of the pudding mixture, spreading to cover the cake.
Repeat the process to form 3 layers, ending with the pudding mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with the toasted coconut and serve.
