Rice Krispie Treat Pancakes with Marshmallow Butter

This isn’t a normal breakfast for us, but I like the idea of something different and fun for a change in our weekend breakfast routine. You don’t want to eat a bunch of these, but they are pretty tasty. The Marshmallow Butter is rich, but it’s oh so yummy! So go ahead and bring out the kid in you with these rice krispie treat pancakes.

Rice Krispie Treat Pancakes with Marshmallow Butter

(Adapted by Oh, Bite It!)

1 Cup of “Just add Water” Pancake Mix

3/4 Cup Water

1 1/2 Cups Rice Krispies Cereal


In a medium bowl mix the Pancake Batter and gently stir in the Rice Krispies, it will be thick.

Griddle up those Pancakes like normal. Set them aside.

Marshmallow Butter

1 Cup Marshmallow Fluff

1 tbsp. Butter


In a microwave safe bowl, or double boiler, melt the Fluff and the Butter together. Stir until smooth.

Drizzle on Pancake Treats.
