Nothing kicks off Fall like apples. We recently grilled some pork loins for our Sunday steak night. I had intentions of making a slice in the meat and stuffing it with some thin apple slices. Then time crept up on me and next thing I know hubby has the meat on the grill already. Since I already had them sliced I quickly grilled them and then topped the pork loin with the grilled apples. OMG I found my new favorite grilled item. The apple kept it’s sweetness and absorbed the smoke from the grill. I’ll be grilled more apples next time for sure!!
