Melt® Organic Butter & Giveaway

IMG_9908 (800x533)

To be honest I haven’t tried any organic butters out on the market. While I’m trying to get in a little more health minded way while cooking I wasn’t sure how a lactose free, casein free, soy free, gluten free, trans fat free butter would hold up. I was shocked when I tasted it on it’s own it had the texture of butter and subtle nutty taste to it with all the healthy oils. It melted on my biscuit and I even cooked my eggs in it and it did all the normal things butter brands do except I didn’t feel as guilty eating it. I really liked the fact that their ingredient list is short and it’s all stuff I understand and can pronounce.

My dad has always raved about the health benefits of coconut oil and now I’m a believer that you don’t have to sacrifice taste and texture for a healthier alternative.

Melt® currently comes in original, honey and the new flavor chocolate. While I have only tried the original so far I am excited that they offer additional flavors, which opens the door to more options while cooking and smothering all my favorite foods.

  1. I'm going to look for that chocolate flavor. I don't think I've seen this in our stores yet.

I'm glad you liked the product. Like you said most of the ones that are good for you don't cook very well. They end up being mostly water.
