Jalapeno Peach Jam

IMG_9885

This is a yummy jam to serve with biscuits or whatever you like. Depending on what you intend to use it for I suggest adding more jalapenos. The recipe made this larger jar plus a smaller pint size one.

I served some of mine with coconut shrimp and the only thing I would do is add more jalapeno to make it spicier. If serving over cream cheese with crackers I suggest adding more jalapenos as well.

In a pot over medium high heat, add all of the jam ingredients.

Stirring occasionally, allow to simmer (not boil) until thick, and the peaches have broken down, about 45 minutes.

Smash peaches with a potato masher until a jam like consistency is reached.

Remove from heat and set aside.
