Sweet and Spicy Citrus Tilapia

IMG_2924 (800x600)

I happened to use catfish with this recipe since it’s what I had on hand caught by my dad and brother. This is a super easy recipe to toss together for a weeknight meal. We added more seasoning to it to make it a little more on the spicy side, but overall I liked the citrus flavor in it as well.
