I love an easy dip that you can make ahead of time. This one was great by the pool and had a lot of flavor with a short list of ingredients. I doubled the recipe in the pictures below, which makes a good amount for several people.

4 ounces freshly crumbled Feta
2 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup Mayo
1 garlic clove
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dill weed
In a bowl, combine together all ingredients. Stir until well mixed.
Set in the fridge for about an hour or two before serving.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
