Bacon Wrapped Sriracha Coated Onions

This has to be one of our new favorite things to smoke out on the pit. If you are looking for something a little unique to bring to the party this weekend, give this a try you won’t be disappointed!

There’s really no recipe for this. Basically you want to cut thick rings of onions and double the layers. Coat in Sriracha sauce then wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Slap them on the grill or smoker till the bacon is tender and to your liking.

Our neighbor said they tasted like bacon wrapped shrimp, but either way they are super delish!!
