Hot and Smoky Stuffed Dates

IMG_6589 (800x600)

I served this at 2 different parties and both times they where a huge hit! I loved the spicy, smoky, sweet combo. They almost want to make you want to eat 2 or 3 just to figure out what all is in them. I also loved that you can make them all ahead of time them lay them out on the baking sheet before guest arrive.
