Shark Attack

IMG_3207I don’t know about where you’re from, but we have heat like no other heat. My pool is 94 degrees which feels like a warmed hot tub when you get in. To cool yourself off it’s better to get in the pool then get out so the little breeze we have cools you more then being in the pool. I found this nice refreshing cocktail in a recent issue of Food Network Magazine and I have to say I really like it. The only change I made was I like things a little sweeter so I added a little Malibu Rum to the cocktail as well. Overall I would make it again it’s a nice fruity drink for sitting by the pool, trying to cool off.
