Saturday the Casserole Queens where in town so I headed up to HEB and got my signed copy of their new book, had them sign my lucky apron and also added signatures to my Bobby Flay Throwdown book. I can’t tell you how sweet these ladies are! They had 3 samples out from their book and I totally got caught up talking to them and didn’t get to eat any. If you’re ever in Austin, Texas be sure to look them up they have a food delivery service if you want to try their recipes and not have to cook. They also have a blog which features some of their recipes. (Click HERE for details)
The best part was it’s a cookbook full of casseroles so I’m super excited to give some of these a try for hubby’s lunches. I wanted to make one before I did this post, but I’ll have to share it when I post the winner because I just haven’t had time this week.
The good news is I got an extra signed copy and you could be the lucky winner. I’ve got several chances to win so enter as many as you like!
For your first MANDATORY entry, tell me what your favorite casserole is. You can just tell me the name, you don’t need to post the recipe unless you wanna share it. Giveaway ends 9-23-11 at midnight.
