Jalapeno Popper Bites

IMG_7925

If you are looking for a last minute snack for Super Bowl this weekend, give these a try! My neighbor made them for New Years Eve and I’m hooked. They are super easy to make ahead of time then pop in the oven as you need them.

If you’re more adventurous then feel free to attempt this bad boy that I found online haha. If you do please send me a picture I would love to see it!

1 Can of Jr. biscuits golden layers (I separate into 2-3 layers depending on how they pull apart)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounce can of diced jalapenos
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (possibly a bit more...)

Mix all ingredients expect for biscuits. Spray mini muffin pan with nonstick spray. Separate biscuits and place layers in mini muffin tin. Spoon mixture into muffin cups.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
This will make 24 mini poppers.

  1. These look fantastic. I bet the filling would be good in the wonton wrappers too.

That stadium is way too cool.
