This week with our Sunday Steak Night we grilled some sweet corn. I wanted to try out a few new flavors for this summer so I’ll be posting them as we try them. This one was ok. My hubby is a huge cilantro fan, but I don’t really care for it. He said he would have this again, except you need to cut back on the cumin to just a dash. It seems to have over powered the butter.

⅓ cup butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon grated lime peel
