Kentucky Sweet Bourbon Marinade

IMG_0158 (800x533)

I recently got a membership to Restaurant Depot and I LOVE this place. It blows Sam’s Club and Costco out of the water on bulk items. Last time I was there I got a nice package of lamb racks already Frenched for $2.33 a pound which is a pretty good deal. I decided to cut them in double chops to keep from overcooking them on the grill. I also went with a simple marinade, which really you couldn’t taste much of after we grilled them, so next time I’ll go back to one of my better marinades.
