Honey Sriracha Glazed Buffalo Wings

With football season in full swing and busy schedules, we love making easy dinners. This isn’t the cleanest meal, but they sure are tasty!

Honey Sriracha Glazed Buffalo Wings

4 pounds chicken wings

1/4 cup baking powder

2 tablespoons salt

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

2/3 cup Sriracha

1/2 cup honey

2 teaspoons kosher salt

Juice of 1 small lemon

Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish


Rinse the wings and make sure they’re dry. 

 

Toss with salt and baking powder. 

 

Lay wings flat on baking sheets (do not overcrowd) and place in the fridge for an hour. 

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

 

Place wings in oven and bake for 20 mins.  

 

Turn wings over and bake for another 20 mins. 

 

Meanwhile melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.

Add the Sriracha, honey, salt, and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Keep warm over low heat.

Put the cooked wings in a large mixing bowl and toss with the Sriracha mixture.

Plate the coated wings on a large platter and garnished with cilantro.
