Root Beer Braised Short Rib Sandwich

IMG_2959 (800x533)

With family and friends planning their trips to head your way for the holidays, you need to be prepared with some easy make ahead recipes. Crockpots are a great solution for that too. This also makes a great dish for block parties too. You can serve the meat in baked potatoes, in a taco or on a bun. The flavor is great I can’t wait to make this one again!
