Thai Peanut Sauce with Spring Rolls

IMG_0955 (800x533)

If you haven’t made your own Spring rolls, you need to try asap. They are super easy to make! I did a very semi homemade roll. I used a pre packaged slaw mix I found at HEB, seared some tuna steaks and avocado. You don’t want to over soak the spring roll skins you want to get them wet enough that they are bendable. If you over soak them they become too sticky and they will rip and have holes in them.

Feel free to use whatever filling you like!
