I hope to have another giveaway soon so keep checking back! Now on to our weekend I wanted to share some of the things I made for our Valentine's theme party. We weren't able to see the movie because it was sold out, but we still had a great time with everyone. People brought everything from Bourbon balls to cupcakes to cheesecake and more. I made my chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate hazelnut mousse and brownies.
I also made a fun girly drink for all the girls. You can't go wrong with a pink sugary rimmed glass with a Cosmo.

For the brownies I just used a box mix and once they cooled down I cut out little hearts.
I had gotten these mini brioche pans and decided to melt some chocolate and paint the inside of the pans. Let them cool in the fridge then to pop them out place in the freezer for 2 minutes, remove and gently pop the chocolate cups out. I used a piping bag and piped mousse in each cup then sprinkled some chopped hazelnuts on top.
For Valentine's Day I made us some heart shaped pancakes. I hope your day was as sweet as ours!
I love the way the chocolate cups turned out. Great idea. Everything looks good.
